Caught in flooding in Oshawa, Ont.

MyNews user Kate McAllister gets caught driving across Taunton Rd. between Summerville and Ritson in Oshawa, Ont., a city of 141,590 approximately 60 km northeast of Toronto. It's been the rainiest summer in more than 25 years, according to Environment Canada. Toronto broke a record previously set in 1980.
