Vehicle collision in Hagar, Ont.

From MyNews user Bart Sexton: Two vehicle sit damaged after a crash on Hwy. 17 and Hwy. 535 in Hagar, Ont. at 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009. Hagar is approximately 400 km north of Toronto.

Crash on Hwy. 403 in Mississauga

An accident on the eastbound lanes of Hwy. 403, near Mavis Rd. in Mississauga, caused the closure of several lanes. According to MyNews user Samir Cheriai, three lanes were closed but police allowed traffic to move along the high occupancy lanes.

Fatal snow removal accident

Three Montreal senior citizens walking the city's weather-worn streets died in two separate incidents involving snow removal trucks on Tuesday. In both cases, the deaths occurred as pedestrians crossed the street on green lights and the trucks were making right turns. MyNews user Bob Graham shot this photo. Read article

Black ice in Ottawa

As Morning commuters took to streets black ice was there to slow things down. This accident occured just at the St-Laurent exit on the 417 eastbound. Emergency cruise vehicles were on the seen. Read about the ice hazards on CTVOttawa.ca

Winter weather accident in Edmonton
