Classical music and art collide on Saturday, April 16 at Theatre Outremont when On Joue! avec Marika Bournaki & Moment Factory! Fiery 20 year-old pianist Marika Bournaki channels Beethoven, Schubert, Schumann and Scarlatti while Moment Factory conjurs projections inspired by children's music-inspired artwork. Juno winner Andrea Lindsay is a special guest & Alain Simard is the guest of Honour. An unnexpected, multi-disciplinary show when the historically conservative format of a classical music concert is turned on its heels -- infused with youthful verve, daring surprises, repartee with the audience and exciting special guests. Proceeds help l'Ecole alternative Nouvelle-Querbes build a green playground to replace the all-asphalt surface this summer!
